This cache is located on the other side of TAXLAND from TAXLAND 1. It's in a wooded area complete with familiar features: heat, humidity, prickers, spider webs, etc.
There is a crisp new twenty with Andy Jackson's portrait for FTF.
There is a shoulder to pull over on and park, but don't stay more than a few minutes. The local constabulary issues tickets.
