This cache
will challenge you. It's not strenouous; it could be done from a
wheelchair. It's not a "puzzle" per se, but it will challenge your
mind to the max! Thanks go out to
JoGPS in Nashville, TN, for the container and idea. He is a
cache hider destined for the "Evil Hides Hall of Fame"!
Cassell's
Dictionary of Slang says that the phrase "fit to be tied" is
mid-19th century in origin. It says that the phrase evokes someone
"so hysterically furious that they need to be tied down". However,
given that in the mid-19th century the straitjacket was in common
use for restraining mental patients, it's likely that that
is indeed what the phrase is meant to imply.
This cache
is in a dirt parking lot in downtown Bastrop. If you are near a
railroad crossing, you are in the right place. You shouldn't have
trouble with muggles, but you could be "fit to be tied" before you
find this nefarious little cache. Bring your own pen; there is no
room in the container for one.
Happy
Trails!
