Head to Higher Ground. A nice hike through Henry Cowell Redwood Park. Our favorite time to visit is early morning or early evening.
The location is accessible from several different paths with varying degrees of challenge (different paths have different rules regarding bikes, dogs, & horses). The rating I’ve given is from the parking location provided in the hints – it’s a .44 mile trip on a wide path with approx. 200ft climb.
The place does get a fair bit of foot traffic so keep an eye out for geomuggles!
This is our first geocache and we loaded the box with a bunch of stuff. FTF – take your pick although I recommend the CD [:)]
