Geocache Description:

You just have to figure out what the best way is to get here!

Third in a Series of caches placed while traversing the George Washington National Forest area..If you followed #1 and #2, we told you they would get harder!. The George Washington National Forest is a great wilderness area on the West side of VA, and is an outdoor person's paradise. Easily traveled, there are some areas that are accessible ONLY by 4X4. We're now three caches into this series with a couple of easy ones for #1 and #2, just to get you broken in for the ones to come. This one could easily be rated a 5 terrain, but since a 4x4 is not absolutely necessary, I say that only because you could get to this via horseback, ATV, mountain bike or even a good hike - although not a leisurely one. This cache is not for the faint of heart.

Don't think for a second that 4x4 means you can take the family SUV out and bag this one. You *will* suffer damage if you try. We placed this on an outing with 6 heavily equipped Jeeps, and out of the 6, four received damage on the trip in and out.. Consider yourself warned!
