Geocache Description:

This area is filled with old RailRoad grades from the logging era of northern Michigan. This two track can be rough at times. A good clearance vehicle is best.

When following the two track for this cache look around and notice the RR grades. You can tell a RR went through this area by dips and dug outs for the laying of the track. It criss-crosses the two track in several places.

Also, the two track is ON the grade for some time too! I always like old RR grades. Can you imagine all the work that was done back then! Mostly by hand. Wow. At the final, you can really see all the work that was done to form a RR grade.

The cache is an ammo box , filled with goodies. The FTF prize is a Kensington Event Geocoin, that is trackable to call your own.

Three of the hints are bogus.

If you like some history see: GCZTEP, Lost Foundations, by Hosta Hillbillys. It is on my Best List for 2007! It is in this area too!
