Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the lovely village of Ratley, which is off the beaten track, having just one road in and one road out

I have had to replace and move this cache. There is a new 35mm case with the previous log sheet in it. Over the next month I will replace its pencil and token halfpennies. In the mean time you will need to take your own pen / pencil to log your visit.

The cache is accesible at all times of day and night. It is a micro, so there are just a few token coins in it.

To have a nice walk throuh this charming village, which is built on the site of a Norman motte and bailey castle, park at the top by the village hall and then it is a short walk to the cache's location. Don't forget to check out the pub, the "Rose and Crown" parts of which date from the 11th century.
