A new lot deserves a new cache!
Expanding the commuter lot with all new stuff included a new hiding place. A park n grab would simply be too easy for this spot, not having many hiding places it would have to be basically out in the open. Why not make it a little harder to find for a little more of a challenge? The posted coords will bring you here and give you a start, but the coords for the actual cache I couldn't keep track of, not having had a pen and paper. I made note of them as best I could using what I had on me, but when I got home, this is all I saw: 
Set your sights high on this one as I don't want it to stand around unfound. At least it won't get buried over the winter, but please remember to take only its lid off as it likes the sun to stay warm. BYOP and don't be down if it remains unfound.
