The cache is located at the top of Haveråsen at 435moh
Haveråsen is one of Vestmarkas better viewpoints. The plateau on the top is fairly flat with sparse vegetation enabling views in all directions.
To the northwest you can get a glimpse of Tyrifjorden while the southeast gives a good view of Oslofjorden.
Haveråsen has through the years had several firewatcher towers but only the foundations of these are left now.
The easiest way to get here is probably by biking from Vestmarksetra to Sandungen leaving a 1,5 km hike to the top. But if you're feeling a bit more adventurous I suggest following a route from Vestmarksetra over Bruåsen, Persbånn and Jongsmyra. This path is described on page 123 in the book "40 trivelige turer i Asker og Bærum".
