The D&R Canal. The main branch of the canal meanders its way throughout Central Jersey. The canal runs from the Delaware River to the Raritan River, and for many years provided an efficient route for freight transportation between New York and Philadelphia. Construction of the D&R Canal began in 1830. By 1834, 44 miles of main canal were dug (by hand) between Bordentown and New Brunswick.

Each of these caches were placed to show off some of the odd and interesting places in Central Jersey. Also, the manner in which each cache is hidden is in someway inspired, (or directly ripped off) of another Central Jersey cache. Thus, you may find a given hide very easy (been there, done that), or you may find yourself pulling your hair out. And as with all Team Ekitt10 caches, there is no need to kick things over, rip up the environment, trespass, or do anything dumb or illegal. Please leave the environment intact when you are done, and if possible, please CITO.
Have fun, and thanks for caching with us!
