Geocache Description:

Do you love being on the open water?

Does the Hudson tidal flow send a chill up your spine?

Do you enjoy hanging out with geocachers?

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, than this event is for you.

On Thursday, August 6th, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, we will gather for the fourth
consecutive year on the Hudson. Although I have set an IP, the Hudson tends to
modify our locaton each year. I am confident that no matter where we end up a good
time will be had by all.

If you don't own a kayak or Husdson worthy vessel, you have some choices. First, post a note on
this cache page expressing your desire to attend and need for a boat. It could be somebody is
willing to lend you a floating hand. Second, you could rent a kayak for the event. The cost is
cheaper than you would expect. Third, you could ignore this event, and miss a really good time.

For the event I am planning the following:

A light dinner of sandwiches and bottled drinks (gatorade, soda, etc.) to all
attendees who have hunger pains.

A water themed geocoin or trackeable to attendees.
