Geocache Description:

Welcome to the second annual holiday pot luck party for Southern Oregon and beyond.
In case you forget your GPS the address is:

Fruitdale Grange #349
1440 Parkdale Dr.
Grants Pass, Or. 97527-4925
At the corner of Parkdale Dr. & Rogue River Hwy.

This year the party will run from 1:15 - 4:00

Dinner will be from 2:00 - 3:00 with the raffle and door prizes going from 3:00 - 3:30

Well, the First annual holiday potluck event was such a huge success (We had over 70 people attend) that we thought we'd do it again this year.

We decided to move it to the Fruitdale Grange this year just to have more room (Thanx again to Turner & Stitch for the room last year).

Since this is a pot luck party, PLEASE everyone bring a pot luck dish (don't everyone bring a desert though).
We'll furnish the paper plates, napkins, & utensils.

PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE TO LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU WILL BRING SO WE DON'T HAVE 25 OF THE SAME THING.

I will update the listing as I hear from each of you.

HERE'S WHAT YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE FROM:

1) APPETIZERS (Chips, hors d'ouevres, etc.)
2) ENTRÉE
3) SIDE DISH (Veggies, salad, bread, etc)
4) DESERT
Please bring your own beverage.
WE WILL PROVIDE ASSORTED TEA.

Last year we had some extremely good food.
Some homemade, some store bought, but it was all yummy.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I'M HOPING TO HAVE A BIGGER TURNOUT THAN LAST YEAR SO PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING ENOUGH.

PLEASE CHECK IN THE WEEK BEFORE TO SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE SLATED TO ATTEND AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.

There will once again be some awesome raffle prizes (over a dozen unactivated trackables) and a white elephant gift exchange for whoever wants in (PLEASE nothing over $10.00 if possible).

There will be some new caches published the week before the event. Then some published the night before.
Some easy number builders, some not, but all within 20 miles of town.

I'd just like to take a moment to thank all of you who helped out last time. You have no idea how much we appreciated it.

Here's to hoping that the 2nd annual extravaganza will be even better than the first one.
