It's always nice to have a few geocaches that everyone can find. It helps one to feel better if DNF's are part of you day.
Green Valley is a retirement community and by 6pm the sidewalks are all rolled up for the night. Because of the high muggle level, in this area, I would recommend searching in the evening.
