Geocache Description:

If Adventure has a name, it’s Indiana Jones!

Calling all seekers of fortune and glory to the Indiana Jones and the Deadliest Cache Event and Challenge. The quest will take place on Sunday, August 9th at 2pm in the parking lot of the Red Top Hot Dog Stand in Hamburg. Please park in the 'Park and Ride' lot located directly behind the Red Top so everyone has plenty of room to mingle.

When you arrive at the event, you will begin the day by signing the attendance log, visiting with other cachers and having a bite to eat. After all the caching tall tales have been told, there will be the trading of rare artifacts (travel bugs), and a few lucky adventurers will win some nifty SWAG just for coming. Anyone who comes dressed like Indiana Jones will be in the running for a special prize.

Rumors of the Deadliest Cache being hidden in the area have been swirling for months. So after the social festivities are complete, any adventurers who would like to take part in the challenge of finding this dangerous hide are welcome to try.  The first one to locate the dastardly cache will win the fabulous prize package seen below.

Event Schedule - 2:00 – 2:30 - Arrive and sign the log. 2:00 – 3:00 - Mingle and have a bite to eat. 3:00 - Group Photo in adjacent parking lot. 3:05 - Travel Bug exchange. 3:10 – "Come Dressed like Indiana Jones" Costume Prize Awarded. 3:15 - Door Prizes Given Out. 3:20 - The Challenge Begins.
