Rana Pirica:
Hello,

It is Rana Pirica, the geocache maintenance frog, once again hopping through your area to check on geocache maintenance.

Since there has been no owner activity on this cache page and it has been over 30 days since the request to perform maintenance, this cache has been archived. Please remove any remaining cache components if you have not already done so. If there are questions about the archival or if you would like it to be re-considered for listing please e-mail me or your local reviewer in response to this archival, and we will help to unarchive your cache if possible. I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and look forward to seeing your further participation in the future.

Sincerely,

Geocache Description:

The cache is located near the Armidale railway station and the Railway Museum. The station is at the corner of O'Dell and Brown Streets. As it is a working station, be aware of muggles, who are usually around twice a day, when the train leaves at about 9am and when another arrives around 6:30pm.

I would like this to be a currency cache, where people can swap coins (from their country if they come from overseas or interesting (or even plain) Australian ones). The cache is a plastic container with a yellow lid. Inside, there is a small log book and a pencil, as well as a few Australian coins.
After you find the cache, have a look at the railway station building. The railway station was built in 1882, before the first train arrived in 1883. The two-story station master's house still exists at the station too. The bi-centennial museum was built in 1988. There are outdoor displays, which can be viewed at anytime. Other exhibits inside the museum can be viewed for free between 11am and 11:30am daily.
