Warning

Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

To get to this cache you can park your car around N 46 17.417, E 013 53.213. There is a parking fee, but in this area it is practically impossible to park free anywhere. If you think you got lucky and found a free parking place somewhere else, be sure to check twice – they do love to give parking tickets around here :) From the parking place it is about an hour walk on the path to the cache. Hiking boots are recomended.

There is also a possibility to get very close (5 minutes) to the cache with a car, but the road (which passes the parking place) up to the mountain hut will cost you more than the parking place, unless you are very lucky. Sometimes (after a storm, late in the afternoon…) the guy who collects the fee, disappears.

If you came up with a car or you still have enough energy left, we recomend you to check some other beautiful places close by, specially the three »Mostnica« falls (the access to the first two is quite easy).

The cache is regular size. Initial contents: a barking toy dog, a memory-card with a musical souvenir from Slovenia, a marble, TB, GC,
+ stashnote, logbook, pencil (do not remove)

Found together with Lukinekr who descriebed all already. Maybe I can add that we during our way met lots of salamadres. Thanks for very nice cache which show me that 2,5 km from Stara Fuzina can be relative

Me and my two friends climbed from the hotel Rezidencia Triglav up the hill above the lake. It was a rainy day and the path was very slick. There was a cosy pub for us at the end of the path and we drank cold beer and strange spirit.

We did a nice walk over the mointains after paying the horribly costly fee for the road. Almost disappointed of not seeing the Bohinj lake on the long route from any point, we finally took a refreshment in the nice Koca. After that we looked for this cache and what a surprise: an really marvellous view on the lake. Unfortunately a pair of muggles prevented us for almost half an hour from accessing the container. Obviously they liked the view as much as we did. But then finally they left us alone and we could search in more detail. Thanks a lot for guiding us to this great vista point.
