Geocache Description:

MOUNTAIN LOVERS GOT THE FTF!! CONGRATULATIONS!!

The first leg of a 11 cache trek in the foothills along Lytle Creek road. You'll find a plastic peanut butter canister here in a bush.

This either ends or begins a series of 23 caches in the foothills above the intersection of Lytle Creek and the 15 Freeway. For unknown reasons, this place is called Nealey's Corner. You will need to find parking in the gas stations or eateries near the corner of Sierra and Lytle Creek. Be aware of the parking restrictions. Some may not be too happy with your choice. OK. Let's go!! You need to walk to the beginning of the SCE road about .3 south of Sierra on Lytle Creek road. The road immediately ascends high above Nealey's Corner. After a bit of an uphill climb, you'll come to a crossroads. Here, you'll need to turn left to continue your journey. Going straight leads to a deadend, believe me. I've been there. I think this will be a fun series for groups of cachers. I wouldn't recommend doing it alone, only beacuse of a possible twisted ankle, or who knows what. Anyway, take someone along and enjoy!!
