This cache requires NO BUSHWHACKING! The above coordinate will place you at Wapato Access Greenway where you will find FREE parking. (see photo)
Sauvie Island has become a popular destination for a variety of people - those seeking the freshest and best produce, bird watchers looking for sandhill cranes, bald eagles, blue heron or migrating geese; and those wanting to hike, bike, fish, hunt or use the public beaches.

We didn't see many birds, didn't see many bees but did see lots and lots of blackberries (in season) but none of them will hinder you in any way in finding this cache. We only mention them because there for lots for picking and lots go to waste.
Following the trail from the parking lot you will come to two trailheads. Either trail will lead you to the first coordinates (listed below) where you will need to gather information to lead you to the final/actual cache which is in a 1/2 gallon size container painted brown/green.
If you take the wrong trail it will be well worth it as both will take you all around the 'lake' and back to your starting point (about 2 miles round trip).
There is a plaque located at these coordinates...N45 39.342 W122 50.553 where you will need to gather information that will lead to the final cache.
