I was born here today, and my Dad and I saw this spot from the hospital window. He told me about lamp-post hides, and I said "go do it."
Then I spit up and dumped a big load, so he handed me off to Mom and went to hide this cache.
There is a view from the cache site, it's not bad but it's not spectacular. For $4.00 you can drive right up to it. If that doesn't work for you, you can look for parking in the area and climb up to the cache - the climb raises the terrain level by a star.
