Cache In Trash Out® is an ongoing environmental initiative supported by the worldwide geocaching community. Since 2002, geocachers around the world have been dedicated to improving parks and other cache-friendly places. We help preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources! Together, we make an enormous positive impact.
We will meet at the visitor center in Homestead Bayfront park 9698 N Canal Drive, Homestead, FL
We are going to be joinning along with Baynanza 2015, and help them in their CITO. Alll volunteers will recive a complimentary shirt from Baynanza and one lucky person will take some swag from geocaching.com
We will meet at the posted coordinates at 8:30 am just before the event so we can mingle and talk rigHt before they start to give us instructions on what we are doing. We will finish aroud 12 pm if you want to stay longer you are more than welcome to enjoy the beach.
I will have: Refreshments Garbage bags Hand sanitizer Gloves Prizes Things to bring: Please make sure to wear appropriate shoes and clothing, bring a hat, sunscreen, and water/drinks. Trash bags will be provided but please feel free to bring some if you wish to donate to the cause and grabbers if you have them.
