Please join us for an informative program wrapping up the 2014 NYS Parks Saratoga-Capital District Geocache Challenge Saturday November 15th at Saratoga Spa State Park, Ice Cream Parlor meeting room - Victoria Pool complex, from 9:30am - 12:00pm! Refreshments will be served!
We would like to hear from you – park’s geocachers! Was the 2014 Challenge the best yet and how do we make the 2015 better? Many geocachers helped us place and maintain caches this year – now we would like to hear from everyone who found one of our caches, or all of them, how did we do?
We are pleased to inform you that our sponsors have grown! All of our generous sponsors have contributed prizes that will be drawn for and given to geocachers! The Grand Prizes will be drawn from the pool of geocachers who have completed the 2014 Geocache Challenge - having done 35 or more of the challenge caches and submitted their paperwork. There will also be drawings with super prizes for those who attend the wrap up party. Six State Parks event geocaches placed within the Saratoga Spa State Park will be activated for cachers to find. In addition, there will be a "Close to the Pin" competition, so bring your gpsr!! A prize will be awarded to the lucky winner!
