Pi Moment: 3.141592653 Event Cache

Come join the Ojai Valley Cachers for a "Super Pi Moment" beginning at 9:00 a.m. on 3-14-15 at Marie Callendars on Victoria Ave. in Ventura. Toast the Pi Moment with a piece of pie and a beverage of your choice: $7.50, although the purchase of pie is NOT NECESSARY to attend this event.

The number π is a mathematical constant, the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, and is approximated as 3.141592653.

So, on 3-14-15 at 9:26:53 there will be a once in a hundred years opportunity to share a Pi Moment.  And how better to share it than with fellow geocachers enjoying a Pi at Marie Callendars in Ventura.

The even will start at 9:00 and end about 9:45 after we have celebrated the unique moment by toasting with pie

Expect some caches to publish in the area, perhaps a raffle or two and some scottinojaivideos on recent geocaching adventures..
