To complete this cache, you must decipher the coded correspondence
in the picture from Laura’s father and then travel to the hidden
location to retrieve the lost treasure. The above coordinates point
to the Department of Anthropology at San Diego State. This location
provides limited value in this quest. But it is the home of
Professor Chuck Teribear whom Laura often relies on for help.
Dear Laura,
If you are reading this letter I am no longer with you. It is
imperative that you carry on my work and finish this task for me.
Enclosed with this note, you will find a photograph of myself
descending into the Lost Tomb of Qualopec. I have included some
typewritten instructions on how to discover the location.
Just in case this photograph happens to fall into the wrong sort
of hands, I made sure to encrypt the details. I am confident that
you will recall our coding technique and personal decryption
key.
Should by chance you have forgotten our secret key; I have
arranged to provide you with a "hint". The hint will reveal the
coordinates of the location where you can re-discover the
decryption key. Remember this key is required to crack the
code.

P.S. Make sure you bring the usual tomb raiding gear: adventure
attire, flashlights, a rope might be useful, plenty of water, a
four wheel drive vehicle handy - but not required, and of course
any other odds or ends vital for a top rate spelunking
adventure.
