In order to succeed in this quest, you will need to decipher the
three clues below. These clues will lead you to three locations.
You must solve the first two clues in order to locate the third. At
the third location, you will find information which will lead you
to the cache. The clues are encrypted using a technique not unlike
the method used to encrypt the hint, but using different keys. I
