Geocache Description:


Huntington needed one in town!
This is a log only hide a key with magnets (hint it is on something metal), bring your own pencil.
The town was incorporated in 1891
Elevation is 2113 feet
And there is a huge catfish derby held here in the park every Memorial Day weekend.

The above coordinates will lead you to the cache in the park but if you would like to read about The Last Spike which is where the name of this cache came from go to N 44 21.094, W 117 16.028 and read the monument.
The last spike was driven on 11/25/1884!
Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the park and read some history of the area.The caboose was donated to the museum. The museum is open Sat & Sun from 1-4 p.m. it is located at 395 1st. East (corner of 1st. and Madison)
