Please don't approach the area until just before the start time. Oh, who are we kidding, we all know it is fun to discover vehicle and shirt TBs and to mingle while waiting. So feel free to mingle while you wait... but just remember, the CO didn't tell you that. 
Please leave one parking space near GZ for me to bring the event TB as close as possible to GZ!
The schedule will look like this (factoring in a bit of relativity, all times are approximate):
10:30 AM -
A table will be put out with an event TB or we will use the on-site picnic table.
Do not post/share photos of the TB, please.
You may discover the event TB only if you attend the event!
If it's pouring rain, the event TB may be in my van... until we cut & consume it.
10:31 AM -
A bucket (A) will be placed at or near ground zero. Inside the bucket will be several slips of paper.
Please take ONE log for Each Person.
Pens/Pencils will NOT be provided - BRING A WRITING UTENSIL, Please!
10:32 AM -
Please fill out your log and place it in bucket (B).
The bucket will close promptly at 10:38 AM.

Dessert will commence. If you haven't discovered the event TB, it will be destroyed at this time.

GZ is in the grass, but will be only a few feet from the parking spaces. GZ may be inside my van (in the parking lot) if it's pouring rain... Although technically GZ may be 1.5 terrain (in the grass), I will be happy to bring a slip of paper to/from the buckets for any attending person in a wheelchair who needs assistance!
