Geocache Description:

For those of you that have done the deep hollow caches before, the parking spot has changed due to some Illegal dumping and the subsequent posting of the area.

From the Heart parking lot you will head down a trail along an old flume that carried water down the mountain. At the first stage you will find a container that will point you to the second stage in the series. A little after the first stage you may be tempted to follow your pointer and bushwhack to take a shorter, easier route. If you like Scrub Oak go for it. I tried it, and didn't care for it. The hike in is about .50 mi. one way. Almost all on trails so there should be little bush whacking. At the second stage you will find another hide that will lead you to the final. Enjoy the view, and try and visualize what this place might have looked like years ago.
