Brawner Lake is located within Camden State Park in Lyon County. The reservoir was constructed in 1952 from an abandoned gravel pit. Around 1990 Brawner lake became part of Camden State Park. In 1996 Brawner Lake was drained in order to make repairs to the outlet structure. Now you can go to Brawner and enjoy a nice day of fishing from the fishing pier, have a nice picnic in the picnic area at the lake or even go canoeing. REMEMBER: You MUST sign the caches log for this to be concidered a find
Here you will be seeking out a camo'ed water bottle There is a special FTF reward for the lucky cacher to get here first. Reminder to all caches, since this cache is inside Camden State park you will need to have a park access permit.. either yearly or daily. The starting contents of the cache are the logbook and pencil, FTF rewards and a few small trade items. enjoy the views of the lake and take time to enjoy a break in the picnic area also.
