Geocaching Adventures, Dixie County! Event Cache

Come and join in an interactive time of adventure, learning about (and maybe even finding!) one of the 2,600,000 geocaches hidden around the world!  (Hint:  You may be SITTING on one - almost!)  Bring your GPS or smartphone, a willingness to explore the world around you, and any questions related to this hobby that you may have been dying to ask.

Location:  Dixie County Public Library

Time:  4:00 - 6:00 (it's OK to come late)

Suitable for:  ANYONE!  Geocaches are not always "extreme", can in fact often be very entertaining, and frequently take you to places that leave you saying, "I never knew THIS was here!"  (trust me, I know).  Many geocaches are handicap accessible (including one VERY near by!), and are a great way to get the kids and couch potatos outside.

Suggested:  If you go to geocaching.com ahead of the event, create an account (it's FREE), with a creative user name (or not), you will already have a good idea of the adventure you are about to take!
