A short hike along a peaceful lake, a rushing river, and through
tall timbers. Cache replaced 7/9/07, please be sure cache is well
hidden after your find.
Lacamas Park is a forested park near Camas, WA. There are several
entrances to the park, with lots of hiking trails. The cache is
located near the middle of the park, so any way in will be close to
the same distance to the cache. Beware, the shortest goto could
prove to be the longest hike. The most scenic route is from Round
Lake.
Cache is an small plastic container hidden less than 10 feet
from the trail. There is alot of foot traffic, and mountain bikers
in the area, so please watch for non-cachers. No bushwacking is
needed to reach this cache, as there are numerous trails that lead
across the area.
