Geocache Description:

Who: All Geocachers in Southcentral AK at the moment of the event are invited
What: Geocaching Flash Mob Event
When: 8:00am sharp Saturday November 10
Where: Anchorage Park Strip at the notorious TT0751 (outdoors...!)
Why: To participate in the World-Wide Flash Mob event -
one of 81 being held simultaneously world-wide!!!

7:45 - 7:59AM Cachers: Wait patiently in your automobile or stroll around the area.

STAY AWAY from ground zero! As much as you, can act like a muggle.

7:59AM make your way toward the event coordinates.

8:00AM exactly (as determined by your GPS clock) we will place an ammocan for log sheets near the coordinates. As you arrive, we'll hand you an official event "log sheet". Participants must sign the log sheets (which will later become the log book). To qualify for attendance, drop them in the designated bucket (near the coordinates).

No log sheet? Your name will be removed from the 'attended' logs!

8:05AM we will gather and take a group photo.

8:10AM we will draw a name from the pool of log sheets for the title of First to Find (which wins a Special Prize!) and serve our “meal” of Hershey’s Kisses.

8:15AM exactly the log sheets will be packed up and sealed away.
The event area will be evacuated without a trace.

Feel free to plan an after-event cache run or after-event breakfast -
just remember, we HAVE to leave the area promptly at 8:15AM!!!

Local sunrise (if it's clear and cold) won't be until about an hour afterwards...
so dress to be toasty warm at 20 degrees with a breeze!
