A nice high up view just off the Salyan Highway at the edge of Baku . Lovely circular walk up a steep path from near the Mosque or from the other side of the Velo Park .My regular evening walk after working during day. Our dog Sam , who we had in Scotland , died last year would have loved this nightly walk and I've named this , my first cache , after him .
This cache can be reached by zig zagging up from the Mosque through the graveyard - or by walking up the vehicle route from the Mosque . Also from from the other side of the hill beyond the velo park - there is a minor ( but busy )road which has a branched off path over the hill to this cache .Fantastic views from the top of the hill over the Caspian Sea and over the hills to the West . It is a small box with room for swaps and a waterproof log and pencil .
