Echo Lake Lookout. Can you 'Yodel Ah, OH, OO'? From this vista you can see beautiful Echo Lake between the trees. Another mile and a half and you could be at Echo Summit.
The cache is a medium sized rubbermaid container with the following initial contents: (The container is stuffed full.)

There is free parking at the Echo Lake Parking lot. Don't drive down to the Echo Lake store to park, but stay in the upper parking lot. At the Southeast end of the parking lot is the trailhead to Echo Summit. Follow the trail with your gps receiver until it appears to be going down. Then follow your gps up the steep hill to the cache sight, near the top of the hill.
Cache is well hidden. (Kolly Wobbels kinda overdid it.) You may need to take the photo with you.
