Nice hike to a peak that affords great views of the Antelope
Valley, the San Gabriel Mountains and the high desert.
This cache located in Saddleback Butte State Park. There is a use
fee. Simply take the trail to Saddleback and log in at the peak
register when you get to the top. Then continue northeast to a
false ridge.

What a beautiful hike!! The weather was gorgeous, and the view was well worth the steep climb. We took the geocoin and can't wait to go somewhere fun to leave it!

Out in the AV, with EMC to "bag" Saddleback Peak. This one was we got the peak. Coord's had us off a bit, but the hint worked like a charm. Great views from here; impressive. The wind was a bit cold though. 45 degrees at the car, at the summit it was most likely with the wind chill, freezing. Left a geocoin for the next soul to come up here. Thanks for the adventure.
