This cache will take you to a beautiful view of the Alpine Acres recreational community including holiday park.
This is an area I travel to often on my ATV. I have seen elk and deer along this route. When you reach the destination you will receive the treat of a beautiful panoramic view. We have seen eagles and hawks on the cliffs and in the sky from the cache viewpoint.
There is a camera inside this cache. Please take a picture of yourself or your ATV plus something that will show what kind of weather you are experiencing. At this altitude the weather can change quickly and often.
Altitude according to GPS was about 9800 FT.

1. Take the Weber Canyon road out of Oakley until you hit the dirt road. Continue straight on the dirt road going under the wood cross for approximatly eight miles until you get to the turn around where the road crossed Gardner Fork. N 40 46.650 W 110 59.969
2. You can unload ATVs, horses, etc here and continue up the 4x4 road until you reach the split that goes up Slaters Ridge. Turn right onto the Slaters Ridge road and follow that road to N 40 46.160 W 111 02.733. Turn right and continue to follow this road until you reach the end.
3. Walk from your ATV to Coordinates N 40 46.937 W 111 00.652. From here, Start following your GPS.
