The coordinates above are for the parking lot near the Veterans Memorial in Scott County Park.
Go over to the memorial and face the flag pole and the large standing tablets. There are 3 identical tablets to the left of the pole with years and names engraved on them. Go to the tablet just to the left of the pole (the 3rd identical one in from the far left). There are two years printed across the top of the tablet. Let the first year equal ABCD and the second year equal EFGH.
The micro-cache is located a short walk away at N41 42.GBC W090 31.CED. Log paper only inside - bring a pencil.
