Equestrian Center and the Golf Club are some of the highlights for this short trip south of Riyadh. To many Dirab is known for its road that cuts through Tuwaiq escarpment leading to mecca or Hejaz before the new highway west was built. The combination of Tuwaiq Mountains, the sand dunes and the greenery makes it ideal for an afternoon visit and I hope it continues to stay green and clean.
The cache sits on the mountain range to the south. A road that cuts through the mountain is clearly visible in Google Earth. Follow that road to the cache and enjoy the view from the top. The cache is hidden in a basic Tupperware box and contains some pebble stones I brought from Jebel Baloum. Enjoy.
