This cache has been placed on a means of transportation recently planted in Lancaster City. There is a movement to bring this machine back to life.
You are looking for a magnetic keyholder. Depending on the day, you could encounter many artsy-fartsy muggles. Anytime, anyday, you will encounter police muggles!
