This is a two-part cache. The first cache is a virtual cache in plain view at about eye level that gives the coordinates for the final cache. If you arrive at the first cache site between noon and five, you can stop in and say "Hi" to Rover, Spot, Fifi and the gang. (Also Puff and Morris)
Although the cache sites are pretty close as the crow flies, you will want to make use of your wheels.
