The cache name is an abbreviation for "Out with the Old, in with the New #13".
There used to be a cache here, but it's been archived. I'm recycling the location, hence the name.
The cache is located at a secluded spot off a busy street. Muggles shouldn't be a problem. The cache contains a log and a BIG $10 prize for FTF. BYOP. No credit without your signature. It's my signature container. Please replace as I left it. Park where you can on a nearby street. You might not be able to park where I did.
