Cache is not at posted coords.. I repeat, this is a field puzzle and cache is not at posted coordinates. You will need to go to posted coords to project waypoint to final location (GZ= Ground Zero). There is a nice paved spot to park safely off road. The CO (cache owner) wants you to be alert and aware of muggles (non-geocachers).

Stand at posted coords as in photo, travel 247° for 1007 feet to locate cache. GCTools is a great app for projecting waypoints, of course, you can always break out your compass and walk it off.. Either way, the City That Smiles has a smiley for you! You are looking for a very small (micro) magnetic cache.. its not a MKH (magnetic key holder) or a LPC (lamp pole cache) or near a UPS.. anyway, I hope you learned some terminology of geocaching. So take your GPSr (device used to locate geocaches), and get to it!
