Enough evil, let's have some fun! You'll have to check out some tubes and do some trivial math.
The cache is close to, but not at, the posted coordinates. At the posted coordinates you'll notice some tubes. You need to check them out.
If you look inside the tubes, you'll notice a triangular step/shelf. Underneath the shelf is a number beginning with B and followed by a 3 digit number. There are several B numbers in the tubes; make sure you use the one on the orange triangle. You'll use this number to get the final coordinates that are located within walking distance of the posted coordinates.
Take the decimal minutes north (199) and add the hidden number. Subtract 117. The result is your new decimal minutes north.
Take the decimal minutes west (511) and add the hidden number. Subtract 62 from that sum. The result is your new decimal minutes west. The degrees, north and west, are the same as the posted coordinates.
Plug in your new coordinates and walk to the cache. Have fun!
