Geocache Description:

This cache IS located at the above cords, however it is a CHALLENGE cache meaning that in order to log the cache on Geocaching.com, you must meet certain criteria which will be verified by the cache owner, SeriousTool.

When a cacher reaches the significant caching milestone of 1000 finds, it is the beginning of entering the elite "club" of "High Rollers", as Marcipanek once described it when I hit 1000 finds.

The location of this cache is off of West Street in Biddeford, ME near Wilcox Pond. This location was twice the hiding spot of two different caches placed by MaineSleddah. The most recent was a mystery cache called Wilcox Challenge which was archived recently after being disabled for some time.

In order to log your find, you must have 1000 or more finds of caches in The State of Maine at the time you log this. The find of the cache itself may NOT count towards those 1000. In other words, you can not find 999 caches in Maine and then find this one and call it #1000.

There is no time limit, or certain period of time that the 1000 caches in Maine need to be found. Any type of cache find/attended counts and so do caches that you have found which have since been archived.

When you log your find, please state how many caches in Maine you have found as of that date. There is no need to e-mail the cache owner any specific information regarding the log in order to receive credit. However cache owner will be verifying the find counts and reserves the right to delete any found log which seems to be fraudulent or mistaken.

Caches found outside of Maine do not count towards this challenge. In other words, if you have 1000 finds total when you go to log this cache, but 1 cache find of those 1000 is located in New Hampshire, then you will not be allowed to log the Challenge Cache.

Traveling caches that were found while they were in Maine do count as finds for this challenge though, as do caches that may have been relocated to another state as long as the cache when you logged it was in the State of Maine at that time.

It may help, but is not required or necessary, to have on your public Geocaching profile, your find stats from a My Finds Pocket Query in order to expedite the verification process.

Cache is a .30 cal ammo can containing log, and some nice trinkets and FTF prize.
