Geocache Description:

The Grand Union Canal links Birmingham to London with a waterway which is 145 miles long and contains 166 locks. This cache is one of a series to be found along or close to the Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire stretch of the canal.

The name of the cache relates to the name of the lock, which in turn was named by the old boatmen, who used to work the cut, from a nearby 'feature'.

The lock has been nicely landscaped with a balance beam styled bench seat to rest your weary tootsies with a well earned sit down.

I got GPS accuracy of only 28 feet when setting this cache, so although it is a traditional, you may have a bit of a search. You are looking for a small camoflagued box. Please bag moisture sensitive items.
