Do Cachers Value Smileys? - naoi Traditional Geocache

While attending a recent event some HARDCORE cachers informed Mr. Shamrock that they had nearly completed all of the caches in this series.  So...  our geocaching experiment continues.  We have been placing caches around to answer the title question.  Our hypothesis is that we do believe cachers value smileys, and we hope this data recorder and you will help prove our hypothesis.  This is our ninth placement in the series, hence the gaelic term 'naoi' meaning nine.  We were happy that we were able to squeeze this one in the Doylestown area.  Muggle traffic can be high!
