Geocache Description:

Entrance to the park

Pleasant Point park is a former campground that was donated to the Town of Oakland. It's a jewel in the rough, with a nice nature trail and a swimming area. There is a Kayak landing close to the cache, but nothing for motorboats. It is located on McGrath (pronounced Mcgraw) pond and is part of the Belgrade Lakes region. Don't forget to grab the Pleasant Point park cache while you are here, and L.L. Fenway is just up the street. Keeping your gas bill down is important nowadays.
