At the initial coordinates you are looking for a black tag.
The new fractions of a minute are on it. But do the minutes need adjusting? Which is lat and which is long? If it's the morning, head to brighter reactangle, if in evening, the darker!
The cache is a small black container only a few hundred metres away.
