Located on the shores of Crystal Lake. Park on Lake St,small turn outs on either side of the road. The gas line crosses here, look for the red topped poles. N 42 47.896 W 071 08.275 You will need some type of water proof foot wear to make it across the stream below the dam. This won't be a cache to hunt for once the snow is enough that plowing is taking place due to parking issues.
The container is a glass canning type jar that I found in the woods while geocaching in Andover, Ma. It made it through the winter and so I figure it can handle it. The theme of this cache is frogs, hence the name. Remember back to the days when you caught frogs and put them in a jar and brought them home. Enjoy the walk through the woods. Remember excess to this lake is limited because it is a water source for the city of Haverhill, so park where indicated.
