Geocache Description:

The bell is back and really looks good. It was restored to the way it looked back in 1873.
The location was changed from the original cache location.

Although I don't like nano's I got this one from a cache and found a good place for it. This is a typical nano so bring a writing stick.
This bell was cast by A.Fulton's Son from pittsburgh in 1873. It was placed in the bell tower of the former church building that was at this site from 1853 to 1962. The current church's first mass was held on Palm Sunday march 22, 1964.
If you have a minute go inside the side door of the church to view a beautiful shrine to Our Lady of Guadalupe. The mosaic consists of more than 100,000 pieces of Venetian Smalti tiles. It is 22 feet high and 20 feet across. It came from Rome, Italy. It tells the story of Juan Diego's apparition of Our Lady. Also the side windows have the local and church history etched into the glass.
If you see Fr. Doug say hi and thank him for permission to place this cache.
Could be a high muggle area on saturdays from 3:30p to 5:30p and sundays from 8:30a to 10:30a

PLEASE put it back where you found it. Thank You
