This cache will lead you to an Old Jewis Cemetery in Drevikov
The coordinate DO NOT point to the final cache. This is an OFFSET
cache.
About the cemetery
The cemetery is located about half a kilometer north of the
village. It was built in the middle of the 18th century. The oldest
gravestone comes from 1748. The cemetery became an integral part of
local Jews's life, that settled down here in Drevikov at the
beginning of the 18th centrury. The very oldest fragments of the
gravestones are placed inside the entrance gate along with the
translations of the inscribed texts. Last funeral took place here
in 1983.
What about you?
Besides visiting this beautiful cemetery - which is really worth
seeing - you may try to discover The Treasure of an Old Jew,
which is closely related to the following story.
"The War was coming to an end. Jews' life was not roses all the
way. Many of them perished. Others were leaving their houses and
with just a little stuff fleeing from their pursuers. And so was an
Old Jew, who had decided to leave his house in Drevikov hamlet.
Before he was gone for good, he'd dropped by this cemetery to hide
his most precious things. He belived he would be back to pick them
up one day. He had never been seen since then yet. He never came
back to collect his stuff ..
About the treasure, and how to get it
You may commence your search at PARKwhere you can park the
thing you came by.
The cache itself can be found by the instructions, placed in an
envelope hidden at STAGE 1.
It is a simple sketch depicting the location of the treasure's
cache. We found this sketch near the place the old man used to
live.
We urge you to put in just smart decent articles. There will
be enough room for any TBs or GCs inside the box. Just take a good
thorough look at the cemetery. It is worth it.
ATTENTION:
The FINAL cache IS NOT inside the cemetery nor it is in its walls.
Night hunt with a GOOD TORCH only.
Lots of luck!
