Geocache Description:

An ammo box hidden in the Sulphur River bottoms on Arkansas Game & Fish property with a small lake open to fishing. Difficulty level is due to muddy conditions after a rain. Counterclickwise is usually drier.

The cache is partially named after the beautiful bird calling to me while I made the hide. The area is full of wildlife including deer and wild hogs. After dark the area takes on a different feel as memories surface of when the Fouke Monster terrorized this southwest Arkansas area. The movie version of the story is recounted in the film "The Legend of Boggy Creek". After all, it was never captured, and this is its territory.

Don't forget to stop in Fouke at the Monster Mart and take a picture!

Original contents include Miss Piggy, X-men zipper case, tape measure, FM radio, rubber duck squirter, Tweety Bird bobblehead, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (Donatello), Shrek, boat, Russian handmade doll, travel Kleenex and Bendin' Mickey TB.
